At Happiness School, we provide digital learning programs, courses, and services. Since our products are primarily digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved. However, this Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when you will receive access to your purchased program or service.
1️⃣ Digital Product Delivery
- Upon successful payment through Razorpay, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your enrollment.
- Access to your program materials (videos, live sessions, community, or course dashboard) will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- In case of manual onboarding, access details will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days.
2️⃣ Live or Scheduled Programs
- For programs with fixed start dates, participants will receive joining details (meeting link, schedule, etc.) at least 24 hours before the program begins.
- Any delay due to technical or logistical issues will be promptly communicated via email or message.
3️⃣ Physical Shipments (if any)
- Occasionally, if we ship physical course materials, merchandise, or certificates, delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.
- Standard delivery time within India: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS.
