HAPPINESS WORKSHOP
Over 1,200 people across fourteen countries have experienced the happiness workshops. In a day-long session, we embark on a journey of self-discovery; the source of happiness, which is love and authenticity. Through immersive experiences, we help you come face-to- face with self-created barriers to being happy. We also help you create a playbook to take back after the workshop.

I attended a session on ‘Discovering Happiness’ by Mr Paritosh Shukla. It was a great insight and great learning, covering the principles of happiness and getting into the basics of happiness- what are we grateful for and how it helps us. ‘Discovering Happiness’ is understanding why we are unhappy, 1% of the day (14 minutes), every day, how we can free ourselves from worries, and frustrations, and some exercises.
