Refund Policy
- Once a payment is made, it is considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be requested before the service, program, or course begins.
- For ongoing digital or live sessions, cancellations are not applicable once the program has started.
- If you face any genuine issues, please reach out — we believe in fairness and will assess each case individually.
