Sitting in silence in my quiet corner 

Lavender candle burning steadily

I add another piece to my little book of love 

Life is complete, and beautiful, in this moment 

There was chaos and unease yesterday 

Fear, guilt, resentment 

Today I choose to enter my inner sanctuary 

And laugh at the games mind and ego play with me saying dhappa every time, in hide and seek 

Slowly learning not to hide not to run away……
